Eman Inc is a dedicated DDA provider agency that champions advocacy, empowerment, and individualized person-centered services to individuals with disabilities in Maryland. Through inclusion and purpose driven care, the uniqueness, goals, and aspirations of our Individuals are promoted to help them live their best lives with a sense of purpose and belonging in their communities. Our Expertise

  • The team and staff at Eman has over 20 years of experience in supporting individuals with disabilities. Their unique expertise ensures that our individuals receive the highest quality care and experience at Eman.
  • Community Care Service- Our team's expertise in community and home-based care shines through. With many of us having started as DSPs and Program/Day Services managers, we are deeply committed to promoting independence, fostering positive relationships, and enhancing community involvement and employment skills.
  • Advocacy and Person-Centered Planning- Our team excels in creating and implementing individualized Person-centered plans. The CEO, who began as a DSP and later served as a Coordinator of Community Services (CCS) has advocated and assisted individuals with disabilities access resources available to them including DDA services, created comprehensive and individualized Person-centered plans, and requested funding from the state for services based on each person’s accessed needs.
